The Ramon Foundation Brings The 'Squadron' program  to Zefat.
 
 
The Squadron program of the Ramon Foundation will begin conducting educational activities in Zefat. The program is a leadership program which promotes excellence in elementary Schools. Participating schools include secular, religious and Haredi including Mamlechti Bet, Berav and Genzi HaMelech. The program will launch in a pilot phase and is then expected to expand to additional educational institutions in the city. 
 
The Squadron is a unique program for empowerment and value-based social leadership, In collaboration with Air Force Squadrons the program's goals include reducing social disparities through challenging activities. The program aims to create a positive leadership value among students while developing and cultivating of personal capacity for empowerment. The activity will include individual and group training in collaboration with Ramat David Squadron 117
 
After this week, the Zefat Municipality signed an agreement with the Ramon Foundation to cooperate and promote the project, according to the plan. The Ramon Foundation is made up of quality teams who have academic degrees in education, behavioral sciences and experience in training, etc.
