BEIT YATED SET TO OPEN IN ZEFAT
Beit Yated is opening in Zefat as part of the Ministry of Welfare's program to assist young men and women in their chances and integration in society and community. Beit Yated is part of the Ministry of Welfare’s National Program for the Advancement of Young Men and Women at Risk.
The program will be established in Zefat with the assistance and contribution of the Achinoam Association for the Promotion of Equal Opportunities and the Zefat Municipality's Welfare Division (which officially opened this week) and Zefat’s Edri family. Beit Yated will operate from a building located next to the Saraya.
The goal of the program is to provide participants with activities and classes which they will receive together with social work services. Charlie Shrikki, director of the Zefat Municipality's Welfare Department said, "The place opens up a whole world of opportunities and equal opportunities for young people at risk. This is a real success for people."
